关于联盟组合多样性的理论维度及其绩效影响的研究述评Dimensions and Performance Impacts of Alliance Portfolio Diversity:A Literature Review of Foreign Studies

摘要(Abstract):
伴随着越来越多企业通过构建联盟组合实现快速成长,联盟组合多样性成为学术界关注的热点问题。通过梳理关于联盟组合研究的重点学术文献,对现有研究中涉及的联盟组合多样性维度进行剖析,侧重联盟组合资源多样性、功能多样性、治理多样性、网络地位多样性的呈现方式并对相关研究的动因进行了分析,在此基础上梳理了现有文献中联盟组合多样性对企业绩效的影响,以及不同研究所应用的视角和逻辑。藉此为未来研究探寻新的方向,并为企业联盟实践提供更具针对性的对策视角。
